Marble Chocolate Fudge Brownies

You will need:

  • 500g Betty Crocker® Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
  • I tablespoon water
  • 2 (59g) eggs, beaten
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar, (extra)
  • 1 (59g ) egg, beaten (extra)

Follow these basic steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan forced. Grease & line a 28cm x 18cm slab pan.
  2. Stir brownie mix, oil, water & eggs in a bowl. Beat cream cheese, until smooth, add extra caster sugar & egg.
  3. Pour half of the brownie mix into the pan and dollop cream cheese mix on top. Spoon the remaining brownie mix around the cream cheese and using a skewer, decoratively swirl together.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in pan & cut into squares to serve.
