Christmas Cookies

You will need:

  • 495g packet Betty Crocker® Rainbow Cookie Mix
  • 1/3 cup (80g) softened butter
  • 1 (59g) egg
  • Plain flour, for rolling

Follow these basic steps

  1. Preheat oven 180°C/160°C fan-forced
  2. Stir Cookie Mix, butter & egg in a bowl.
  3. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Sprinkle with flour and roll until 1cm thick.
  4. Using Christmas cutters. Cut shapes from dough & decorate with M&M's® MINIS.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until pale golden. Cool on trays & transfer to wire rack.
