Caramel Brownie Mess

You will need:

  • 500g Betty Crocker® Chocolate Caramel Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 (59g) egg
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 50g store bought tiny meringues
  • 1 punnet fresh raspberries

Follow these basic steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan forced. Grease and line a 30cm x 24cm pan.
  2. Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg in a bowl until just combined. Spread evenly in pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Break into rough pieces.
  3. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold through caramel sachet. Layer brownie, caramel cream, crumbled meringue and raspberries into six serving glasses.
